PRIMAL's water-based formula utilizes Aloe Vera gel as a core ingredient to optimize the absorption of potent ingredients, including small molecule hyaluronic acid, while providing ample moisture for the skin. To prevent hyaluronic acid from drawing moisture from deeper layers of the skin to the surface, a natural and effective preservative system was developed. Magnolia extracts, containing Magnolol and Honokiol, work in synergy to improve skin firmness and hydration, while Levulinic acid helps condition and soften the skin.

Natural ingredients like Glyceryl Caprylate and Glyceryl Undecylenate are also incorporated to balance pH levels, moisturize and protect the skin from harmful bacteria, including acne-causing germs.
