Gently squeeze the bulb, place the cup on the skin to create light suction and keep it moving in slow outward and upward strokes. Use the larger cup on the neck, jawline, cheeks and forehead; use the smaller cup with very light pressure around the lips, brows and along the orbital bone—never on the eyelid. Do not leave either cup stationary. Stop if you feel pain or see persistent redness or bruising. Wash the cups after each use with mild soap and lukewarm water, rinse well and allow them to air-dry fully before storing.
